By using the PopMan Shopify app (“PopMan” or the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
PopMan provides a platform for Shopify store owners to create, customize, and manage popups to increase sales, engagement, and social proof. The App integrates with your Shopify store and allows you to display various types of popups, including sales notifications, visitor counts, and sold counts.
3. Account Registration
To use PopMan, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. App Usage
You agree to use PopMan in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
PopMan and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of PopMan and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any PopMan content without our prior written consent.
6. Payment and Billing
If you choose a paid plan for PopMan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed through Shopify’s billing system. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including any applicable taxes.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to PopMan at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
PopMan is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of PopMan.
10. Governing Law
